The wide array of impressive dim sum selections with 30 varieties to choose from are intricately prepared by dim sum expert Chef Dai Fang and Chinese cuisine advocate resident Chef Kevin Xu.
Speaking to THEPHILBIZNEWS, through Joanna Marie Sy – Assistant Director of Events of Hilton Manila, Chef Dai Fang said, “What guests will experience in Hua Yuan is something different. It’s like an adventure to China, but this time through the unique dim sums we prepare here in our kitchen dedicated to the dim sum and other Chinese cuisines.”
“We have many varieties of dim sum and we can create a lot more. But this time, we carefully lined up the selections of the dim sums. Thirty choices are just enough because we want our guests to enjoy their gastronomic adventure,” Chef Dai Fang added.
These renowned chefs ensure that the dim sums that Huw Yuan serves stick to the famed Chinese tradition of savoring dim sum with morning or afternoon tea and contemporary flavors feature a refined variety of steamed and deep-fried dim sum; light and rich soups; tasteful and hot desserts among others.
Menu highlights include the Steamed Charcoal Fish Siu Mai; Steamed minced Beef and Peanut Crystal Dumpling; Deep-fried Char Siu Taro Puff; Pan-fried Chinese Yam Cake with Beansprouts in XO sauce and many more, that would surely whet your appetite.

Meanwhile, Hilton Manila Commercial Director, Joanne Gomez revealed that starting November 27, their hotel will be open for ‘staycation’. Apart from that Gomez also told about the exciting activities lined up by the hotel from November to December.
