The jeepney drivers at the Araneta City Jeepney Terminal and the modern jeep and buses at the Beep Jeep Terminal were recipients of relief packs that contained goods from Ritemed and Unilab. The J. Amado Araneta Foundation, the social development arm of the Araneta Group, took charge in the distribution.
The packs contained Orafresh Oral Rinse, as well as face masks that were donated by GMA Network. Aside from the drivers, the commuters also received samples of the Orafresh during the distribution.
It was the turn of the Araneta City frontliners at Ali Mall, Gateway Mall, Farmers Plaza and Farmers Market on the week of 14 September to receive these relief packs. Maintenance and security personnel, cashiers and parking attendants were given their share of the Orafresh Oral Rinse and GMA face masks.
“Maraming salamat at naalala po ninyo ang kapanakanan naming mga frontliners.” This is the statement of Gateway Mall maintenance personnel Elsa. Jeepney driver Roel thanked Ritemed and GMA for what they received. “Sa panahon ngayon, ang ganitong tulong po ay malaking bagay sa amin,” he shared.
