As the government eases the community quarantine in Metro Manila, from enhanced community quarantine to general community quarantine,  the Embassy of Poland announced on their website that they already resumed the routine consular services to the public yesterday June 2, 2020.

Due to epidemiological risk associated with the spread of coronavirus 2019-nCoV as well as the general community quarantine measures imposed in Metro Manila, the number of Schengen and national visa applications are accepted to a limited extent until the situation stabilizes.

To book an appointment at the consular office, please register at the e-konsulat system https://secure2.e-konsulat.gov.pl/value/otpa

The first slots for applicants intending to work in Poland will be released in the e-konsulat system on 9th June, 2020 at 9.30 am (local time). Separate first slots for visa registration for purpose other than work will be published in the e-konsulat system on June 10th, 2020 at 9:30 am (local time). If you are planning a trip to Poland in the near future, please register for your visit to the Consular Section during June-August 2020.

Next appointments for visa registrations for the Consular Section will be made available systematically in the e-konsulat system twice a month.

Please find the details and guidelines of the visa application:

-For the purpose of work: every first and the third Tuesday of the month at 9.30 am (local time);

-For other purposes: every first and third Wednesday of the month at 9.30 am (local time).

In the event that the said dates fall on a holiday, the visa slots will be released on the next working day at the same time.

The opening of new slots is subject to general availability/limits per day. Registration a visa application for a different purpose than indicated in the selected type of a visa/registration section, making substantial changes in the visa application after completing the registration will cause a visa application rejection. Please register visa applications carefully and with proper attention.

The Consular Section of the Polish Embassy in Manila does not collaborate with any commercial visa agencies. These entities are unable to secure visa appointments. The only cost involved is the visa fee charged by the Consulate.

In order to maintain social distancing requirements, the consular customers are requested not to arrive more than 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
