Oil price rollbacks this week started early with Phoenix Petroleum, Seaoil, and Cleanfuel leading the pack over the weekend by cutting back their prices of gas by P0.50 per liter and diesel by P1.10 per liter.
In its fuel forecast advisory, Phoenix stated that diesel should go down by P1.10 to P1.20 per liter, while gasoline prices should be reduced by P0.50 to P0.60 liter.
Later at midnight, Caltex stations will implement price rollbacks of P0.50 per liter of its gasoline brands Platinum and Silver; P1.10 per liter of its diesel; and P1.30 per liter of its kerosene.
On Tuesday at 6 a.m., Pilipinas Shell, PTT Philippines and Petro Gazz will follow with the same price adjustments.
