Not all the time, Mocha.
This is what THEPHILBIZNEWS got when we asked a friend from Malacañang Palace regading the reaction of President Rodrigo Duterte of Federalism video made by PCOO Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson.
According to our source who requested to speak on the condition of anonymity said, “The typical jovial Duterte who would normally take pleasure on Mocha’s antics was surprisingly irked. Nabastusan talaga siya sa ginawa sa video at sinabi (He thinks that what was done and said in the video was improper) which is truly understandable because Federalism is very close to the heart of our President and it his been his ardent dream for the Philippines to happen.”
“Mahalay at wala talagang relevance ang kanta even the gesture of dance (It’s obscene and the song and dance have no relevance) with Federalism no matter what angle you look at it.”
When asked if this is it for Mocha, “We can really never tell. But one thing for sure, the President was so vexed by the video. Asec Mocha really went overboard, maybe because she thinks she can always inject immodesty in everything that she does. Not all the time. Not with Federalism which I am sure the President considers as sacred”, our source explained.
“Mocha risks to lose her job for what she did. She should always exercise prudence in everything that she does especially she represents the President under the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO).
He went on, “Everything she says and does, reflect the office of the President. Therefore, she must realize that she is no longer in the club or public performance where she really comes from and loves to entertain people in that manner.
Personally, I am not also happy with what she did and there is no justification to make a spin and blame the public for their reaction.”
The netizens condemn the video which they find inappropriate, disgusting and totally unnecessary. They also urged the President to remove Mocha as Assistant Secretary of the PCOO because she is not worthy and also from the information, education and dissemination drive on Federalism and also as for Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Martin Andanar, he trained his gun to Consultative Committee (ConCom) Spokesperson Ding Generoso and blamed him. He said the spokesperson approached Uson directly without consulting federalism campaign heads from the Interior Department and PCOO.
“I confronted Spokes Ding Generoso today. I told him dapat mag-disengage siya kasi hindi naman siya nagpaalam sa PCOO. Dumiretso siya kay Asec Mocha without informing the inter-agency and me as the head of this department. Dapat may go-signal,” he said in a media briefing on Monday.
