Passengers affected by the cancellations have been notified via email and SMS. Guests are advised to stay updated through the AirAsia MOVE app (airasia.com/flightstatus), the AskBo chatbot, or their registered email.

AirAsia is providing the following options for affected passengers:

Move Flight – a one-time free date change within 30 days on the same route, subject to seat availability.

Credit Account – valid for 730 days, credited to the passenger’s AirAsia member account.

Full Refund – refund issued to the original form of payment.

AirAsia continues to monitor the situation closely and is coordinating with aviation authorities to provide timely and relevant information to passengers.

Bookings are open from October 13 to 19, 2025, for travel between March 1 and November 30, 2026, covering all direct flights to and from Manila and Cebu. Travelers can also enjoy 50% off on baggage add-ons during the promo period.
