<p>Saudi Arabia, May 28, 2025 – Hotel101 Global (Hotel101) is pleased to announce the signing of a Joint Venture Partnership Agreement with Horizon Group (Horizon) as the main partner for Hotel101’s expansion into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a vision to introduce the fast-growing Hotel101 Brand and develop up to ten thousand (10,000) rooms which is expected to translate to about US$2.5 Billion (₱137.5 Billion) in project value. An initial five (5) locations for Hotel101 Projects have been identified, the first of which is intended to be located in Medina, followed by Riyadh, Jeddah, Abha and Alula.</p>



<p>Hotel101’s global &#8220;one room&#8221; hotel chain is poised to disrupt the tourism industry by offering identical, standardized hotel rooms globally. In standardization, Hotel101 sees a global opportunity in the hospitality space that brings unbeatable efficiency, especially for the value segment so customers know exactly what to expect wherever they may be in the world. Hotel101’s asset-light &#8216;condotel&#8217; business model is designed to scale efficiently while maximizing value for both unit owners and guests.</p>

<p>In 2023, Saudi Arabia welcomed 27 million international tourists and 79 million domestic tourists breaching the 100 million visitor mark. <p>DoubleDragon Corporation (the “Company” “DoubleDragon” or “DD”) reports Consolidated Net Income of ₱2.05 Billion for the first three months ending March 31, 2025, which is a 245% increase as compared to the same period the prior year. Total consolidated revenues up by 117% to ₱4.45 Billion. Total revenues was also boosted mainly by 69% increase in Hotel101 unit sales driven by Hotel101 overseas projects.</p>



<p>Total Equity as of March 31, 2025 stands at ₱102.1 Billion. The Company’s Net Debt-to-Equity ratio remains very healthy at 0.76x, one of the lowest D/E ratios among Philippine listed companies.</p>



<p>DoubleDragon’s Balance Sheet is also expected to be further solidified once the &nbsp;upcoming U.S. NASDAQ listing of its subsidiary Hotel101 Global is completed.</p>



<p>DoubleDragon Corporation has exceeded 1.4 million GFA of completed recurring revenue asset portfolio from its string of hard assets spread out in prime locations in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The Company also holds assets overseas through its subsidiary Hotel101 Global.</p>



<p>DoubleDragon Corporation is also one of the few companies in the Philippines with credit rating PRS AAA (Triple A) from Philippine Rating Services Corporation, the highest rating tier by PhilRatings.</p>

<p>DDMP REIT Inc receives payment of ₱55.26 million as rental deposits for 15,100 square meters or 1.51 hectares of new office space lease with total lease value of ₱798.81 million. The new office space lease take-up is expected to form part of the goal of DDMP REIT Inc to achieve 95% occupancy by the end of 2023.</p>



<p>DoubleDragon Plaza at DD Meridian Park is positioned as a mini central business district (CBD) in the Bay area given its prime landmark double corner location of EDSA, Roxas Boulevard and Macapagal Avenue in the Bay Area, Pasay City, Metro Manila.</p>

<p>DoubleDragon Corporation continues its expansion not just for its hotel business, but also the mall operation.<br><br>Today, DoubleDragon opens CityMall-Surigao in Surigao City, Surigao del Norte and its 45th operational mall nationwide and officially making it the  No.4  largest mall developer and landlord in the country in terms of the number of operational malls.<br><br>Apart from that, DoubleDragon&#8217;s unique positioning as a community mall segment is currently the No.1 largest community mall developer and landlord in terms of the number of operating community malls in the Philippines.</p>



<p>The current CityMall’s GFA forms part of the 1.29 million square meters of fully built and completed GFA in DoubleDragon&#8217;s diversified portfolio exceeding its 1 million square meters total GFA target by 2020 set and announced during its IPO listing in the PSE last April 2014, at which point it had practically Zero leasable space.</p>



<p>CityMall-Surigao has a total GFA of 8,608 square meters that sits in a 1.05-hectare of prime commercial land. The then-vacant land right beside the Surigao City Integrated Land Transport Terminal was purchased for land banking way back 2015 and forms part of the string of over 100 prime land spread out across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao that DoubleDragon acquired mostly from 2014 to 2016, when prime land prices was still mostly less than one-fourth of the land prices today.</p>

<p>Hotel101–Cebu Mactan Airport is set to be the first Hotel101 project to adopt the new global version of Hotel101’s 21sqm standardized signature HappyRoom.</p>



<p>The new Hotel101 global look has been designed for construction and operational efficiency, optimizing the use of modular furniture and fixtures as well as the use of prefabricated bathrooms. Hotel101 is expected to become known as one of the most technologically advanced hotel chains across all parts of its value chain. The next version of the Hotel101 App is set to integrate the fully automated self-check-in system with IOT (Internet Of Things) capability.</p>



<p>For its signature look, Hotel101 has chosen the <strong><em>‘banig’ </em></strong>&#8212; the traditional handwoven mat of the Philippines. <em>Banigs </em>are where Filipino families would gather, form lasting bonds and shape memories. The <em>banig </em>symbolizes home, and that’s how we want you to feel when you are staying at Hotel101. The Hotel101 <em>banig </em>colors were carefully chosen to radiate happiness and intended to evoke a Filipino touch in all Hotel101 projects across different countries worldwide.</p>

<p>As previously disclosed, the Hotel101 pipeline of inventory from secured prime titled land sites in CEBU, LIBIS, BORACAY, PALAWAN and BOHOL are expected to generate P18.14 Billion in revenues, excluding the dollar revenues to be generated from the Hotel101 overseas projects.</p>



<p>Hotel 101 adopts dynamic pricing on its room rates similar to airline tickets where its room price moves up and down depending on the real-time supply and demand on the chosen date of booking.</p>



<p>The Asset Light Hotel 101 concept allows DoubleDragon to generate revenue and income twice, first from the pre-selling of the Happy Rooms, then second after the project is constructed it generates long-term recurring revenue from hotel operations.</p>

<p>SelectUSA is the U.S. government program led by the U.S. Department of Commerce that focuses on facilitating business investment into the United States. The SelectUSA Investment Summit is the top event in the United  States for Foreign Direct Investment promotion<strong>, </strong>connecting investors and companies planning to expand in the  U.S. to the government agencies of 50 States. </p>
