Hotel101-Madrid unit owners qualify by purchasing three units, meeting the visa’s criteria while benefiting from an investment that avoids the challenges of maintaining residential properties abroad.

The unique Hotel101 model features standardized units, dynamic pricing through its global app, and a dual-revenue stream from pre-selling units and recurring hotel operations.

This model has proven to be a seamless solution for investors and host countries alike. Unlike traditional real estate, it does not impact local housing inventories, making it a sustainable option for Golden Visa programs.
