These refreshing and luscious tea-infused cocktails are available at C Lounge, Conrad Manila’s contemporary lounge by the bay, with an exciting bar takeover featuring award-winning mixologist Jay Gray. In collaboration with Dilmah, a world-renowned tea brand, guests can expect innovative tea-infused cocktails from September 20 to 22, 2024.

Speaking to the media in an intimate mixer, Gray said that his innovative concoctions of tea-based cocktails using Dilma demonstrate his creativity and expertise in mixology. Hence, the five drinks namely, Bright and Stormy, Jasmine Americano, Breakfast Martini, Peach Fuzz, and Tie Tie Fizz, will elevate one’s experience, especially in trying out these tea-based cocktails.

He also noted that those who would like to develop their own drinks using Dilma tea and other mixes can use other garnishes commercially available in the market.

Meanwhile, Conrad Manila’s general manager Fabio Berto underscored that Conrad wants to present many exciting activities for the entire season and one of the many unparalleled activities that the luxury hotel will host is the visit of Jay Gray.

Other must-trys are Gray’s signature creations called Peach Fuzz made of peach elixir, lemon, gin, Cointreau, Aer; and Tie Tie Fizz, a delightful mix of Tie Guan Yin soda, sweetened black tea elixir, and apple cordial.
